Delectable Vegan Dishes Hands On Class
When most people hear the word vegan, they run the other way. This class will show you a few delicious vegan dishes that you can substitute into your everyday meals. A Cayenne Carrot Coleslaw with a kick is fresh and easy and replaces traditional versions that use a mayonnaise base. Herb Marinated Stoplight Peppers and Squash can take the place of sodium-filled canned vegetables. Replace your butter-ladened potatoes with our Healthy Cumin Scented Mashed Potatoes.

Create soufflés like a pro after taking this class! We have all seen the travesty of an improperly-made soufflé deflate as soon as you open or close the oven door. We will teach you how to make excellent soufflés such as Classic Vanilla, Rich Chocolate, and a Savory Ham and Cheese version.
