A Cayenne Carrot Coleslaw with a kick is fresh and easy and replaces traditional versions that use a mayonnaise base. Herb Marinated Stoplight Peppers and Squash can take the place of sodium-filled canned vegetables. Replace your butter-ladened potatoes with our Healthy Cumin Scented Mashed Potatoes.
