8/17/2010 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM \| $30	Sensational Strawberry Treats With strawberries at the peak of their sweetness, it only seems appropriate to provide our clients with some sensational treats to utilize these fantastic fruits. We’ll start our class with a sweet and savory recipe for Strawberry and Rosemary Scones, followed by a velvety Strawberry and Buttermilk Panna Cotta topped with a refreshing Strawberry Orange Compote, and finish out the class with a decadent Dark Chocolate Truffle Tart topped with succulent Strawberries and a White Chocolate Whipped Cream.
8/31/2010 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM \| $30	Spicy Pineapple Creations Sweet and heat is the focus of this class centered around juicy pineapples and exotic spices from Thailand, China, and Mexico. We begin with a sweet and spicy Thai Style Shrimp and Pineapple Lettuce Wrap, followed by an exotic Chinese Five Spice Pineapple and Carrot Cupcake topped with Ginger Cream Cheese Icing, and end with a chilly Pineapple Jalapeno Sorbet.
